Access to Courses

Once your payment is confirmed, you will typically receive immediate access to the purchased online course materials through your abc.com account.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Within 14 days: We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
• No Refunds After: No refunds will be issued after the 14-day period or if more than 60% of the course content has been accessed.
• Subscription Courses: For subscription-based courses, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no pro-rata refunds will be provided.
