Refund Eligibility

- 2. Refunds will only be considered if the e-learning materials have not been opened, downloaded, or accessed in any way
- 3. Refunds are not available once the e-learning materials have been delivered and accessed
How to Request a Refund

- 3. Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests
Refund Processing
- 1. Requests will be reviewed within seven (7) business days
- 2. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
- 3. Refund credit times may vary depending on your payment provider
