• b. Refunds will only be considered if the e-learning materials have not been opened, downloaded, or accessed in any way.
• c. Refunds are not available once the e-learning materials have been delivered and accessed.

2. How to Request a Refund

• c. Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

3. Refund Processing

• a. Requests will be reviewed within seven (7) business days.
• b. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
• c. Refund credit times may vary depending on your payment provider.
