1. Digital Delivery
All courses on Acadima are delivered digitally. You’ll receive access through:
- Your learner dashboard
- Downloadable materials
- Email notifications
No physical products are shipped.
2. Refund Policy
- a. General Rule: We do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed or downloaded, in full or in part.
- b. Eligibility for Refunds: You may request a refund only if:
- You purchased the course in error and have not accessed any part of it.
- You encountered unresolved technical issues after support intervention.
- The course content was materially different from the course description (subject to review).
- c. Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the purchase date.
- d. How to Request: Email us at support@acadima.com with:
- Your order number
- Course title
- A short reason for the refund
3. Cancellations
As course access is granted instantly after purchase, cancellations are not permitted once payment is completed.
4. Promo Codes and Discounts
Promo codes and discounts cannot be applied to past purchases. Refund policies also apply to discounted courses.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be suspended or terminated. Please reach out to our support team before raising disputes with your bank or payment provider.
